Refining the context of your teaching is the primary mission – we’ll explore how to put the most valuable practices into action. Take this time to witness how life coaching is shifting our work as teachers; most importantly, practice how to honour yourself and your truth. Whether you are new to coaching or already in the work, this session will help you to define and refine your vision for your life. This will include a short yoga practice and an in-depth coaching exercise. Please bring a notebook and a pen.
