Small Changes = a Big Impact as you reset your patterns with Ayurveda, the healing science of yoga, and the “knowledge of life”. To live optimally, we must align with the rhythms of nature in all areas of our being, including how and when to sleep, what and when to eat, and our daily routines. Join Marjorie Nass and Laura Tulumbas Juell for a cooling yoga, pranayama, and meditation practice, followed by simple ideas to stay cool and collected through the heat of the summer. Laura and Marjorie have each been teaching yoga for over a decade. Their passion for health and wellness led them to study Ayurveda and Living Foods with Cate Stillman, Yogahealer.
