Joined by musician Garth Stevenson, Elena and Nikki offer this workshop as a microcosm of how to contribute to the world through our ways of relating, seeing, listening and being. ALL proceeds will go towards rescue, rehabilitation and empowerment of sex trafficking survivors in India, through our friends at Off the Mat, Into the World. This is exactly how we take our practices off the mat. To practice, we are each responsible for donating at least $108. Best way is to ask 5 friends to contribute $20 each, or 10 friends for $10 each, so we all get to be part of it. Two steps, once you have you $108 ready.
