October 7: Strength and Surrender: The Inner Marriage
The yogic path is a razors edge that requires a balancing act of both strength and surrender, discipline and freedom, activity and receptivity. On and off the mat we are asked to rise up to our greatest potential and at the same time remain humble and open. Through yoga asana we explore the play of effort and effortlessness. With a skillful blend of vinyasa flow to activate and yin yoga to receive we will dance with opposites to find balance. It is known as the “inner marriage” when the mother and father, feminine and masculine principles within, unite creating wholeness, integration, union.

Cost: $35/Session
