Susanna Harwood Rubin

Susanna is passionately committed to cultivating beauty in everyday life. Combining her life as a yoga teacher, visual artist, and writer, her classes offer an intense but graceful experience, awakening each student’s individual artistry. Susanna offers a refined alignment-based practice combined with flowing vinyasa sequences elegantly designed to empower body, heart, and mind. She has spent over a decade immersed in studying Rajanaka Tantra with her friend and teacher, Dr. Douglas Brooks, with whom she travels regularly to South India.

Susanna is a widely exhibited artist with work in many public and private collections. She spent years writing and lecturing for MoMA, including co-writing the book Looking at Matisse and Picasso.
