Abby Paloma is a yoga teacher, healer and local food activist, connecting people to the source of their nourishment. A graduate of Gallatin at New York University, she holds a self-designed degree in neuroscience and transformational psychology. Abby has been teaching since 2008 as a certified OM yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher. She continues to assist and study with teachers Judith Lasater, Elena Brower, and plants. She has received further certification in Reiki, Permaculture, Prenatal yoga, Yoga for cancer survivors and Anatomy. Through clear instruction and heartfelt sensitivity, Abby’s teaching offers her students the time and space to dive inward, to do their own healing work. Abby teaches both asana classes and workshops in NYC, and is the founder of Farm To Yoga, a movement that unites yoga communities with their local farmers, based at Growing Heart Farm in Pawling, NY.
