Virayoga’s 100-hour Immersion Begins Again at Virayoga in 3 Phases

The Virayoga immersion program is a 3-part, 100-hour curriculum designed to empower you in your yoga practice. In each immersion, we will explore the philosophy and principles of Anusara yoga with focused study and playful practice. It is an opportunity for engaging in the conversation of yoga in great company.

The cost of each immersion is:
$750 up to 1 week before the first class; $800 within one week.
no refunds will be issued within one week (two weeks for Annex programs) of the first class.

Immersion 1 prerequisite: 30 hours of Anusara yoga study
Immersion 2 prerequisite: 30 hours of Anusara yoga study
Immersion 3 prerequisite: 30 hours of Anusara yoga study
