“Sagara” is the Sanskrit word for ocean, a place of vast potential in which we experience our own depth and fluency.
The Virayoga Sagara Immersive Waves are designed for the yoga student who wants to dramatically expand their practice through brief concentrated immersions into specific areas of yogic study. Pre-requisite for “SagaraTeacher Training” starting in February 2015 with Susanna Harwood Rubin, Laura Tulumbas Juell & Dana Covello (all E-RYT 500).
The Virayoga Sagara Teacher Training is a 200 hour Level I program open to students who have completed the necessary requirements. It is designed for new teachers to gain the tools needed to begin teaching yoga and experienced teachers to hone and deepen their skills.
Please see the Teacher Training page for further details
