What is Anusara?®
Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara® yoga is a school of hatha yoga that uniquely blends the spirit of your heart with precise alignment principles through practices of asana, pranayama and meditation. Virayoga Studios
The Virayoga Main Studio is a beautiful 2500 sq ft loft space on the second floor of 580 Broadway. We have both a men’s and women’s changing room at the back of the space plus cubbies for shoes near the front entrance. Check in is at the desk as soon as you walk in.
The Virayoga Healing Annex is a sweet open loft space set up to accommodate up to 6 mats for asana practice or up to 15 students for meditation or lectures. we also have an amazing massage table available for private body work sessions.
Current Pricing
$20. class, $2. mat rental (prenatal $25 class)
$170. 10-class series, valid 4 months
$320. 20-class series, valid 8 months ($310 at our online store)
$195. monthly unlimited, best value if you take more than 12 classes/month (not valid for workshops)
Viracity is $35. or 2 classes from your series; unlimited card holders pay $25.
Reservations
If you hold a 10, 20 or unlimited class series, or if the reservation is for your first class at Virayoga, you may request a reservation for class via email until 1 day before class.
Please be advised that we can only hold your spot up to 15 minutes before class begins. we will honor your reservation after that if space permits.
To reserve please include your name, phone number, date, time and teacher of class in your email.

Policies and Procedures
Refunds
We offer refunds on workshops up to 24 hours prior to the class, unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
Unused portions of class cards can not be refunded (except for medical needs), however we gladly accept transfers to other students.
Mat Storage
If you have a current 20 class card or unlimited monthly pass, you may store your mats in the changing areas. Mats must be clearly labeled with your name.
New Students
Please allow a few extra minutes upon your first visit to fill out our new student form or download a copy Virayoga New Student Form and bring it with you filled out.
